Edward X. Junia, J.D. is the Broker/Owner of Crimson Desert Realty, LLC, a property owner at Entrada, an equity member of the Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club (ECC), active in the Entrada community (past President and Member of EPOA Board and former member of the ECC Board), and a former member of the Bloomington Country Club. He is a former corporate executive and corporate attorney that has handled many major real property transactions. Ed will use his background, education and experience to best represent his Real Estate Clients in the marketing and acquisition of Premier Properties in Southern Utah.
Mr. Junia is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Utah, and is retired from his practice of law. Thus, he provides no legal opinion or services as an attorney with regard to any real estate transaction where he acts as the Broker/Agent. He always recommends that his Real Estate clients obtain independent and competent real estate legal counsel with regard to any real estate transaction.
